Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Caspian Pharmacy through this website, WhatsApp or phone. Caspian Pharmacy is a trade name of Caspian Lifesciences Private Limited, Hyderabad.

Prescriptions

Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Our pharmacist may decline or reduce an order if the prescription is unclear, out of date or not valid for the quantity asked. Schedule X medicines are not supplied against online orders.

Prices

Prices on this website are MRP per pack as recorded in our pharmacy system. The bill is confirmed by the pharmacist before you pay. You will never be charged above MRP.

Stock

Stock shown is refreshed about every 20 minutes and may change. If an item runs out after you order, we will tell you before billing.

Payment

You pay after the pharmacist confirms the bill: at the counter, on delivery, or through a payment link we send you. Every sale gets a GST bill.

Collecting for someone else

Anyone can collect an order for the patient if they give the order number and the last 4 digits of the patient's mobile number.

Travel and long stays away

If you are travelling (for example abroad or for Hajj or Umrah), we can supply up to 6 months of your regular medicines at once, against a valid prescription and with our pharmacist's approval.

Patients under 18

Prescription medicines for a patient under 18 are supplied only through a parent or guardian.

Expiry dates

If a medicine has less than 3 months left before its expiry date, we tell you before billing so you can decide.

Duplicate bills

For insurance or company claims, we give a duplicate bill free of charge on request.
